Eye Liner Battle! EM Waterliner vs Urban Decay 24/7

I have had my Urban Decay liners a little bit longer than the EM Waterliners.  I have always heard that if you are looking for something to stay in the water line that you should get the Urban Decay liners.  So I did.  Honestly,  I was a little disappointed at how long they lasted in my water line.  After about three hours it is pretty much undetectable.  So, when I got my EM Waterliners I was amazed at how well they lasted.  In my opinion the EM ones last far longer.

Now for the actual comparison!

EM Eye when first applied

As you can see, there is definitely some wear and tear with the EM eye but the liner is definitely still there.  With the Urban Decay eye it is breaking down a lot faster than the EM eye and is almost gone.  This is only 3 hours!  For what everyone has said about the Urban Decay liners I was expecting so much more.  The Urban Decay liners I will still continue to use but, not for my water line.

Review: Kat Von D Sin-Full Lash Mascara

I was slightly disappointed with the lack of volume this mascara has.  It doesn't build all that match and doesn't give you that much volume.  It definitely defines your lashes and fans them out which I really like about this mascara.  It just doesn't give me that thickness I really like to get from a mascara.  The wand is actual bristles and not plastic ones.  The packaging on this is very Kat Von D if you know what I mean.  Its a very dry formula which I think is why I have such a hard time building it.  This is not something I would purchase full size.  If you like a more natural, fluttery appearance than this is for you.  It does have a very pretty appearance I just need more thickness! On the bright side it doesn't flake or smudge and is easy to remove with eye make up remover.  This retails at Sephora for $19 and you can get it HERE!

Love It or Leave It: Maybelline Elixir Glosses

The Elixir glosses can be found at pretty much all drugstores now.  I got mine at Target and Walgreens.  They were around $6-$8 each.  They come in 20 different shades.  It's a great range of colors too.  I personally really like these because of the pigmentation you get.  I feel like some people will not though because they are a little on the sticky side just so you know.  The packaging is really cute.  They come in a nice, compact little tube with a tear drop shaped doe foot applicator.  What is really cute is the the gloss is shaped like a lip stick bullet in the tube.  I think thats a nice touch.  They last pretty decent but not through eating and drinking, just like most glosses don't.  They do have a little bit of a perfumy scent that's not noticeable when worn.

Love It or Leave It: Revlon ColorBurst Matte Lip Balms

First of all... I LOVE THESE!  These I got for around $8.  I found mine at Target and Walgreens but I think they are available at most drugstores now.  They come in I think 5 or 6 different shades.  I couldn't find them on the Revlon website to know for sure.  They come in a twist up pencil form with the outside packaging matching what the color is of the actual product so they are easily identifiable.  These are very pigmented.  These also do not dry your lips out.  They leave a slight balmy texture on your lips but are also pretty long lasting too.  These do have a minty scent.

I got 3 different shades and enjoy all 3!
