So this is obviously going up EXTREMELY late! Sorry! Last month I got my tracking number like usual but there were never any updates as to where my bag was and it never arrived. I contacted the Ipsy Help Team by email and they got a new shipped out immediately! I must say that even though my bag didn't arrive in the first place their customer service was so quick and helpful! I had a response less than 5 minutes after I sent my email!
