So about a week before Black Friday I watched a video uploaded by Blair Fowler (Juicystar07 on Youtube). She and her sister Elle (AllThatGlitters21 on Youtube) started a makeup line called Skylark. They had decided that they would just release products as they had perfected them instead of waiting for an entire line to be done. This palette was their second release. So anyways back to the video I watched... Blair said that from when she uploaded the video through Cyber Monday that their palette would be on sale for $20 ($40 regular price) with free 1-3 business day shipping from Blush.com. And I thought... WHAT A HELL OF A DEAL! So I ordered it! And I really love it actually. I can tell that they really paid attention to all of the details. The packaging in my opinion looks expensive and is really sleek and compact.
The quilting on the case itself I thought was a really cute touch and I love how thin it really is. This would be a great travel palette.
The palette itself comes with 6 eyeshadows and a face highlighter. I like that 4 of the colors are more neutral but that there are 2 beautiful pops of colors in Shiver the blue shade and Ember the cranberry shade. All of the shades are shimmery which I like but it wouldn't hurt to have a nice matte brown in this palette either.
The colors themselves are very pigmented and velvety to the touch.
This also comes with a brush. I love the shader brush. This is a perfect brush for packing color on. I do like the blending brush although I do find that it maybe too long and soft. I find that at times its a little hard to control. It does also come with 3 instructional cards to help you come up with looks.
Over all I would definitely recommend this palette to anyone. I think it is great quality and very pretty to look at as well. Skylark is being sold on blush.com. Here is a link to their makeup.
I have been watching Tiffany D on YouTube for a couple years now and she always has the best tutorials in my opinion. So, I was super excited when I heard she was coming out with a palette with Sigma Beauty.
First the packaging. I think the art work on the palette itself is beautiful. I think its very much her style. She has a very classic and sophisticated esthetic. The palette is cardboard that also has a protective sleeve for it. Also comes with a booklet of her inspiration for the palette and some tutorials with pictures and directions.
The only complaint I have about this palette is that it is a little bit bulky for my liking but its definitely something I can get over because of all the goodies inside!
This little kit comes with A LOT! It has 8 eyeshadows, 2 gel eyeliners, a dual sided brush and duel sided eyeliner pencil.
Everything is super pigmented and the shadows very soft! The shadows also don't have a lot of fallout that I've noticed which is very nice. The pencil transfers really well to the water line and is soft but not too soft, if you know what I mean. The gel liners aren't streaky or dull. They also don't seem to fade through the day, they stay put!
I love that this comes with a great duel sided brush! I think she picked the perfects ones too because I can easily see myself using these brushes for pretty much all of the looks I create daily. This is technically my first Sigma Brush. I can definitely see why people are always talking about these brushes!
Over all I'm SUPER impressed with this palette. This was definitely worth the $55 it costs.
This is a list of every polish in my collection mentioned in my YouTube video in the order they appear!
I store all of my polishes in a mesh(so I can see the colors better!) shoe rack that I sort by color groupings. The shoe rack I got at Target I believe.

I was in the market for a new makeup remover. I was just browsing through somethings at target. I was looking for traditional makeup removers. You know... put it onto a cotton ball/pad and wipe your makeup from your eyes. I stumbled upon the Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Remover. Which I thought was! When I got home I was surprised to find out it was not when I put it on a cotton pad and put it to my eye and nothing happened! The trick to this product is to NOT look at this like your everyday makeup remover because it is not.
IT IS AMAZING!
To truly get all of the benefits of this product you need to use it like a cleanser. I personally keep this in my shower most of the time because I usually shower at night. I rinse my face with plain old water then squeeze a pump of this baby into my hands and rub it allover my face! I really work this into my eye area to because IT DOES NOT STING!
What is really amazing is that in one rinse of this ALL of your makeup will be removed! So I do use this in the shower and then when I get out I continue with my regular skin care routine. This product not only removes all of your makeup but it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and squeaky clean feeling but without that dry feeling.
This is something you can get a drugstores for $6.00-$9.00. I seriously recommend this because it works wonders. I don't even need to use makeup removing wipes at all.
